You’re not alone; Don’t do it!
Although the pain may seem unbearable or overwhelming, don’t give up yet. Feeling suicidal means you have more pain than you can cope with at that moment. Allowing thoughts of hopelessness such as “You can’t make it,” “There’s no hope,” “You will never be happy again” etc. to control your thinking only narrows and darkens the path, making you feel trapped and powerless. Ultimately ending life seems to be the answer but it isn’t the only way out, there is a better and assuring solution.
YES! SO TRUE because GOD’S WORD which is a light (Psalm 119:105,130) can seep into your heart to restore Hope, Perfect Peace and joy Everlasting. Hurt, sadness, depression and hopelessness may work together to bring suicidal thoughts but God’s word can transform those dark thoughts into a purposeful and fulfilled life. God’s Word is the best antidote to overcome suicidal thoughts, Feed on His word!

Keynote: #Suicide shouldn’t be the way out and beside the sin of killing, it also means defeat. Instead study, meditate, and take the hope that’s resident in the promises of God through His word and put it into action because it will help to grow faith, peace, joy and blessing in your heart and thoughts… Things are never out of control when God is in charge, with the right attitude, time, counselling and support you will surely overcome.
Action Point
Force yourself to do something the next time you feel down. Inactivity only makes depression worse. Here are some things to try:
• Talk to someone. Contact a counsellor or call s friend and share your feelings.
• Take a walk. Exercise causes your blood and oxygen to circulate faster, which makes you feel invigorated. Your brain produces chemicals called endorphins that fight depression.
• Do something to help someone else. As you focus your attention on another’s needs, your own cares will become less burdensome.
• Study God’s word and read articles on how to deal with suicidal thought.

“DEAR GOD help us renew our minds with your word from every suicidal thought, let us see ourselves as you see us daily and perfect all that concerns us, Amen”.
